I've been using this software for years, and it works perfectly to download videos from YouTube or to download a video just for the song, as the tool will automatically convert directly to an MP3 file.

Great product!

Customer support is also very responsive and helpful if needed.

Although disappointed with DVDVideoSoft's failure to honour lifetime subscriptions, I reluctantly paid another subscription fee as I have enjoyed premium membership since February 28, 2018, and I anticipated receiving an improved product. At this stage, the new version is not operating as well as the old version (slow to accept URL and no album artwork), but I will persevere with it. Twice I have sought assistance from the help desk, first in 2019 and again recently, and Vicky had me back on track within a day or two.

I am happy. No more words are needed.

I reported receiving an error message, and they responded immediately that they were working on a solution. They posted an updated version of the software soon after that, and the error was fixed. Excellent service!

I have used DVDVideoSoft for years, purchased multiple lifetime memberships. They are amazing, and yes sometimes there are issues with the programs, but their customer support system is actually helpful and gives you great instructions on how to fix your issues. I personally recommend them to anyone =)

My Key number was not working and I notified DVD video soft. And to my surprise not only did they reply quickly but fixed my issue.

I, like many DVDVideoSoft users, suffer fairly regular software glitches even though the software suite is great. Sometimes I've lost my key, and customer support always gets back to me promptly.

On this occasion, I couldn't get the installation to work on my laptop; there were two problems. I reached out to support, and they provided solutions to both within 24 hours.

One of the problems was not even really a VideoSoft issue; it was a Windows framework setting that needed to be set correctly. Great support...really appreciated.

Every time I have problems with the software I always have the support team help me until it works. Thank you and I recommend dvdsoft to everyone.

The application failed to activate my premium account after the update. The issue was easily solved.

My premium code was activated on the wrong program and customer support were able to rectify this, by replying and fixing it by request.

I've been using DVDVideoSoft's software for many years - particularly to download YouTube videos. Every time Google comes up with a way to block downloads DVDVideoSoft's programmers figure out a way to get around it.

I'm impressed with them. I would certainly recommend using and supporting this extraordinary company.

Just dealing with certain updates due to YouTubes changes that have me locked out on downloads after I get an update. Understanding that it's not DVDVideoSoft's fault, but it would help if our code keys are added &/or updated when YouTube changes are made.

I find that this may help for customers like myself to avoid being blocked from our unlimited access when reloading the key code.

Overall, I've always had a great experience with your software & customer service... keep up the good work!
