Sehr gutes Programm und zuverlässige Helpdesk
Ich nutze das Tool YouTube to MP3 Converter Premium schon seit längerer Zeit und bin super zufrieden. Nach einigen Updates kamen plötzlich Fehlermeldungen, die ich dann aber mit Hilfe der Helpdesk immer wieder gelöst bekam. Den Premiumschlüssel eingegeben und schon funktionierte wieder alles.
Ein sehr gutes Programm und wenn doch mal Hilfe benötigt wird, steht das Helpdesk sofort und schnell zur Verfügung.
Vielen Dank nochmal für die schnelle Unterstützung, uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Umwandlung zu mp3 von YouTube-Videos hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Nach Hilfe vom Support klappt es.

Aktivierungscode freischalten
Ich hatte 2024 das Programm gekauft. Vor kurzem hat das Programm ohne diesen Code nicht mehr funktioniert.
Habe umgehend einen neuen Code bekommen.
Hat super funktioniert. Auf jeden Fall.
Preferred solution: Habe den neuen Code schon erhalten

Die Probleme wurden sehr schnell gelöst.
Nur Positiv
Es gab immer wieder mal Probleme mit dem runterladen von Musik.
Ein Problem gibt es aber nach wie vor. Das komplette runterladen eines Albums funktioniert nicht. Es muss jedes einzelne Lied bearbeitet werden.

Well, worth the experience get the lifetime package? Ive had problems a few times sent them an email answer it right back resolved, and fixed will worth the money.
There are always there and ready to help five stars. I have no problem with product like I said due to lifetime warranty is there Ive had it for almost 5 years not really much trouble but when it is, theyre right on top of it

OK my turn to send some people for a loop. I joined this site about 6, 7 or maybe 8 years ago & had some ups & downs.
If you haven't had problems with other sites, then U are new to the tec era. Sure, I've had to contact this group 3 or 4 times in the past, but they are always there for U!!! That's it, I'm done.

New computer problem!
After purchasing a new PC I was unable to re-install my DVD-Videosoft software...
I contacted support via their website and within hours I had a reply.
The operative suggested a method by manipulating some Windows settings, as there are some default settings in Windows 11!
Worked first time! and software was up and running in minutes!
