My downloader is running smoothly again.
The YT Download software became outdated and stopped working. When I updated it, the Premium feature stopped working.
I wrote to support and they fixed it straight away. Very pleased to have it working again.

- - I was a premium life member with years of issue-free use until 2025.
- - Since 2025, updates cause crashes, won't open or download, and no artwork.
Premium life member. Had no issues with downloading songs from YT and no issues with the application for FIVE years since 2020.
Until 2025 when they CONSTANTLY updated, for worse. Constant crashes, won't open, won't download and NOW they made it that there's no picture with your downloaded songs and it's a separate file! Talk about stupid. Had to email them OVER A DOZEN TIMES.
Fed up with this You Tube to MP3 converter. VERY DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED. Staff won't answer specific questions and never explain anything- just repeat the same instructions.
All they do is give the exact same advice each time and don't care that the "Unactivated version" gets downloaded each time- WHEN IM A "LIFETIME PAID PREMIUM MEMBER." I've constantly had to email them back and forth.
STILL CANT DOWNLOAD SONGS AFTER MORE THAN 6 MONTHS! It's now May 2026!
I want to attach screenshots of their unhelpful, dismissive responses to my dozens of emails.

Recent loss of activation code for MP3 converter
I upgraded my youtube to MP3 converter to 2026 and promptly lost my code. Couple of Emails fixed it. No problem.

Responsive Tech Support ... App Easy to Use
Overall, my experience with the app and the company has been excellent. The app is super easy to use and the tech support has always been quick to resolve any issues I've encountered which are almost always after updates.
A quick email to tech support and the issue gets fixed quickly. I'm extremely pleased with both the product and support.

OLDER VERSION KEY NO LONGER VALID FOR 2016 VERSION
- - 2026 requires a new license; unlimited keys no longer work.
- - Free version limits one video per day and adds a watermark.
Man, I was on the *** of giving this company a glowing review not but a few months ago thanks to their youtube downloader program, but they've gone and messed it up! I've been using their program since June 2024 to download and hold on to youtube videos in my dedicated SSD and it worked rather well.
I had a few gripes that I can't even remember at this point because 2 months ago I got a new PC and forgot to re-download it until today. Then I found out that my previous "unlimited" key no longer works on the 2026 version of the program! I had to downgrade to an outdated 2025 version. While it does work, I have no way of knowing for how long it'll work before something changes with YouTube and breaks it.
Regardless, I think locking different versions behind separate purchases is some really greedy behavior.
Like I remember that going from the 2024 to the 2025 had no such requirement to purchase a new key but going from 2025 to 2026 does?! That's some BS. If you buy a license of this program, you're really taking a chance with the possibility that once the 2027 version inevitably comes out that your "unlimited" license purchase only buys you access to the 2026 version unless you want to shell out another payment of $30. Shame on this company!!!
Also, don't bother with the free version.
Contrary to them insisting they are the #1 free downloaded software suite, this is not a winrar-like program. It absolutely sucks when not paid for. It limits you to one video a day where it massively and artificially lowers the download speed and they even go a step further by putting a massive watermark in the middle of any video you download this way. Perhaps such a horrible demo as this one should have been seen as an early red flag, but it's too late now.
Find a different software for your video downloading needs please. The company behind this one is showing that it's really just after extracting as much money from you as possible.
Preferred solution: I would like my previous "unlimited" key to work on the newest version of the program

Absolutely amazing support and software! I had download errors for days and thought I broke something, but after following the instructions everything works PERFECTLY again. Downloads are fast and smooth honestly one of the best tools on my PC!

License code wasn't working
