Youtube to MP3 Converter - Premium
Hallo, ich arbeite mit Youtube to MP3 Converter Premium schon seit einigen Jahren, bin total zufrieden. Es kann sein, dass nach Updates plötzlich eine Fehlermeldung kommt, ich habe dann erneut den seinerzeit erworbenen Premium-Schlüssel bei Datei - Premium Mitgliedschaft aktivieren eingegeben und schon funktionierte wieder alles.
Beim letzten Update funktionierte dies nicht mehr, habe mich dann mit dem Helpdesk in Verbindung gesetzt und tags drauf einen neuen Premium-Schlüssel erhalten. Diesen eingegeben, alles funktioniert wieder.
Fazit: Sehr gutes Programm, wenn doch mal Hilfe benötigt wird, steht das Helpdesk sofort und schnell zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank nochmal für die schnelle Unterstützung, uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Support team mended an issue
There was an issue with YouTube to MP3 converter where I was getting an error message (1010). I reached out to the support team, and they were really helpful - responsive and great comms until we came to a resolution (use Chrome instead of Firefox). Thanks for your help!

Reliable product, good customer assistance
One of their updates was occasionally downloading the wrong audio for a video. The language was random, and usually I just had to delete the file, then redownload the video for the correct audio.
I'm on a metered connection so this program is a great way for me to watch videos without needing to waste data. That said, a particularly large video wouldn't download properly even after deleting files a couple of times, and the batch had two other videos that failed. Those two did fine after a single round of deleting, but the third one was still giving me trouble. Knowing how much data it was taking, I had to quit trying.
It seemed like an odd error though so I contacted the team to let them know. After sending the logs, and installing an update, the video download was a success!
I've been using versions of the program for over a decade now, and the only thing sort of negative I have to say is their "check for updates" button lies sometimes, so check the site if you're having an issue. Generally speaking, if there is an issue, wait a few days, maybe a week, then check for an updated version, and things are usually golden again. I don't know how big their team is, but they do a good job with their pdoducts.
My favourite feature is I can choose the quality of the video before it downloads, and they have an option to download at lower res that I can set as the default, too.
That may sound strange, but again, metered data. I'm at a point I mostly just want background noise, but if I need to watch something (tutorials, diy, etc.) I can bump up the quality so I don't miss something.

Toller Kundenservice!
Programm hatte den Albumnamen nicht mitgespeichert, nur Ordner mit Namen "runs "!
An Kundenservice geschrieben, paar Tage später Rückmeldung erhalten, danach gab es ein Update, da es ein Softwarefehler war! Prima Service!

Pissed to Happy...
After purchasing the program and having so many issues within the 1st day and week, I was very skeptical of what the support would be. I have since gone from "Pissed to Happy" because of DVDVideoSoft's customer service and support.

Schnelle Hilfe
Ich hatte vor 3 Jahren lebenslanges Zugriffsrecht bezahlt. Nach längerer Nichtnutzung brauchte ich nun wieder einen Download.
Es funktionierte aber nicht mehr. Nach einer Mail wurde mir sofort geholfen und nun ist alles wieder wie es sein soll.

Free Video Editor startet nicht mehr
der Free-Video Editor startet nur noch mit einer Fehlermeldung, der Audio Editor funktionierte einwandfrei, habe den Support kontaktiert
und bekam innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Mail mit verschiedenen Lösungen. Haben leider nicht geholfen nochmals den Support kontaktiert weite Lösungen erhalten.
Habe dann das Windows Update 25H2 deinstalliert und alle DVD Videosoft Programme neu installiert und alles funktioniert. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an den
Support für die tatkräftige Unterstützung.
