Resolved: Absolute Rip-off
- - Paid $39 for a premium key; says it was already paid in 2019.
- - Activation conflict; upgrade for $19.
- - Uninstalled/reinstalled; no reply after 3 emails.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They reacted on my mails.
I can now enter my old key that I had from 2016.

I paid US$39.00 for a premium new key 30.07.26. I already paid for it in 2019.
When I inserted it in the MP3Converter it still showed me to buy the UNLIMITED Premium. I uninstalled and re-installed. When I used the key again it states "This key has already been activated in another program. To upgrade your key, you have to pay another US$19.00 for "All Apps Unlimited Key for only $19" This is a TOTAL RIP-OFF.
I sent 3 mails yesterday and still no feedback.
I used this software for many years.
Don't know what is the issue now. I could install the software on couple of laptops and it worked.
- Nice program to convert musical youtube videos to mp3
- New key only works once if you mess up you are screwed
Preferred solution: A new key that works without having to pay an additional 19 USD

Good download converter
Been using DVDVideoSoft for years and it ALMOST never disappoints.
I had to reinstall my laptop and my key stopped working, contacted support and they solved it the same day.

Some how my permanent license was not valid with new version
My license stopped working even though they told me that it would never expire. So I got the message as attached.

- This should not have happened in the first place
Preferred solution: Continue to support non expiring licenses and keep their promise for future releases

Resolved: Software no longer showing premium status.
- - Premium status and tools not visible in Freestudio.
- - As a long-time user, staff quickly helped with lost keys; the software is great.
- - is_content_refused false
help with lost activation key.
For unknown reasons, my DVD VideoSoft software (Freestudio) was no longer showing "Premium" status, and premium tools were not available. I have been using this software for over 10 years, lost my premium key twice before, and the staff has each time been quick to assist.
I did write it down in a permanent place this time! They are always prompt and so courteous.
I think I might have paid $10 for their software way back when, and it has been an awesome tool for me. What a great company!

"Forever" must have different meanings
- - 11-14-23 Unlimited Premium Key worked until it stopped.
- - 6-30-24 key worked until 7-21-26.
- - The Buy Once, Own It Forever claim feels bait-and-switch.
I purchased an Unlimited Premium Key on 11-14-23. It worked well until it didn't.
I purchased another Unlimited Premium Key on 6-30-24.
It worked until I tried it yesterday (7-21-26).
Apparently, their "Buy Once, Own It Forever" pitch doesn't mean it'll work in perpetuity.
When it DID work, it was a rather good product. But it's feeling very "Bait-&-Switchy" right about now.
