Lately, i've encountered an issue with the main feature of DVDVIDEOSOFT about youtube downloads; hitherto I was gleaning for basic answers on their website but as I was spurred to send a ticket to the team, they quickly answered (thanks to Vicky), the week-end went by and this morning, the software had already an update with automatic installation. Great support again from the technicians, no mishap at all, simple & efficient, thanks .

I am really impressed with DVDVideoSoft. The programs work reliably and are easy to use, and the support team is friendly and competent.

My issue was resolved quickly, allowing me to continue using the software without any restrictions. Many thanks for that!

After the latest update from "free you tube to mp3 converter" my premium access was no longer valid.

But I got very quick help and response even on a sunday afternoon.

I have been their customer for over 10 years now, and in these 10 years, I have contacted them twice for troubleshooting, and they were nothing but exceptional service. They have gone above and beyond to help resolve my issue. I will highly recommend them over others.

I purchased the software nearly 2 years ago. The support team guided me through the installation process.

I recently updated to the newer version 2026, and it wiped out the old version. Fortunately, the team still recognized my activation code and reinstated it.

The point I'd like to make here is that the team responds very quickly to my query and always ensures customer satisfaction with the solution. My suggestion for DVDVideoSoft is to update the Help or Troubleshooting page to help users.

Needed to have the activation key reset. Customer service was outstanding.

Very quick to answer and correct the problem. Great customer service.

At times, the program did not download or just simply needed to be updated. If the DL speed was slow, they would adjust things at their end to resolve my issues. I use the YouTube to MP3 converter program, and it is very simple to navigate.

Following a recent software update I couldn't access my Application as it was marked inactive version

I have premium membership and advised the support team of the problem. I received an immediate response that the team would look into the problem and within a couple I was provided with a new Activation Key

The Application has since worked fine

Forget the one of purchase tag line. The 'new version' comes out about every 2 years and you have to pay about $40 for the upgrade.

I do like this app and its very useful but often gets outsmarted by YouTube and it can take weeks before the tech team work their way round the latest hitch. So I would recommend it on the whole just don't expect to be ultra reliable

After an update, the new version asked for payment, which I had already made when I first got the app. I contacted VideoSoft and they responded quickly and resolved the issue on the first try. Very happy with them!

My lifetime Premium account had stopped. I should buy a new one.

After sending an email the company sent me a new Premium key. Happy again the same day!

When problems arise, Dvdvideosoft responds very quickly and reliably. I had issues with a premium key that couldn't be used after a software update.

I contacted dvdvideosoft, who resolved the issue within 72 hours. I therefore recommend them.

The software is really good.

However, changes in YouTube's rules (which DVDvideosoft can't control) may break the connection.

But the team worked really fast and sent clear instructions on how to recover from it.
