I kept getting a download error, so I downloaded a new version. Then I didn't get the error, but still couldn't download.

I sent the info to tech support and they solved the problem; all good.

The only downside was that I lost my premium codes and had to purchase it again (no biggie). Great software.

My activationkey did not work anymore with the new 2026 version.

I recommend everyone to use this nice and workable tool.

Since over 10 years, I've been using this collection of tools - Free Studio - with the premium key, and I'm happy that I upgraded a long time ago. So many helpful small apps in one big package.

I often use the Screen Recorder, Audio Converters, and YouTube to MP3.

I couldn't download from YouTube, and I asked them for help, and they answered me so fast and so professionally.

The issue with the non-working unlimited premium keys is annoying, but the support is excellent and reactivated the key every time. Because the YouTube to MP3 converter usually works perfectly, I'm still giving it 5 stars.

I want to briefly tell you about an experience I had with Digital Wave. I have been registered with them for a long time and every time something happens and I contact them, I am sure that the next day there will be an answer that will satisfy me. Thank you very much for everything.

When I downloaded a 2026 version of DVDVideoSoft software that I had already been using for a long time, I couldn't activate it with the activation key I had. It took me 2 emails to the help desk, and it was fixed!

Had an issue with an older premium key; it wasn't working on my old Win 7 computer. Customer service was able to resolve this the very next morning. Thank you, Vicky Po (goddess).

So I purchased the program Free YouTube Download from them. They have a single computer license and multiple computer licenses; I bought the one computer license.

After my purchase, I had to get a new computer as my old one stopped working. I asked them to give me use of the program on the new computer because I had just bought the program.

They were very kind and allowed me to activate the program on my new computer. I have to say that this is the new version of that program, and I used the old one for many years.

In the update, I received a notification that my product key is not valid and I have to buy a new version. I contacted support via email, and they really solved the problem within 2 minutes.

Everything worked after that, even with my old product key.

I am very pleasantly surprised at how quickly the support responded and solved the problem... super.

Actually, I didn't need any new subscriptions for 2026. Not this one, nor the other one that has been done by mistake.

I bought the unlimited access but after the update it did not work properly so they sent me a new key.
